If possible, please speak directly to your physiotherapist so that we can try to resolve the issue quickly and informally.

Our response will explain what we have found and any action we will take. Where appropriate, we will apologise and explain how we will prevent similar issues in the future.

If You Are Not Satisfied
If you remain unhappy with the outcome, you may raise your concern with the
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which regulates physiotherapists in the UK.
