We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rearranged. To ensure appointments are available to all patients and to allow adequate time for others to be seen, we operate the following cancellation policy.
Notice Period
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the appointment fee.
Missed Appointments (Non-Attendance)
If you do not attend your appointment and no notice has been given, the full appointment fee may be charged.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and illness can occur. Fees may be waived at our discretion in genuine exceptional circumstances.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients, and the full appointment fee will still apply.
